Total number of accommodations
200When applying for undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate programs, applicants living in dormitories have the opportunity to extend their stay in the dormitory. To do this, you need to fill out an application in the Admissions Office, with which you should come to the Housing and Utilities Department of MTUCI (8A Aviamotornaya St., Moscow, office A-101) to extend your stay.
Entrants to the Master's or PhD program from other universities, who need a dormitory, are provided with a place for the period of entrance examinations. For this purpose, it is necessary to notify the Admissions Committee at the time of submission of documents. When enrolling in a master's program, you should inquire about getting a place in a dormitory at the Housing and Economic Development Office (it is possible to enroll in a master's program without a place in a dormitory).
Dormitory is provided only for full-time students.
Persons specified in part 5 of Article 36 of Federal Law No. 273-FZ of 29.12.2012 "On Education in the Russian Federation"(*) are provided with dormitories on a priority basis (Article 39, part 4). The dormitory places allocated for the first year will be distributed among students on a general competitive basis (without taking into account the social privileged category of citizens with special social rights) on the basis of the APPLICATION for a place in the dormitory, taking into account the number of points gained, regardless of the direction of training. Applications of applicants who have not received a place in the dormitory according to the results of the general competition, submitted to the Housing and Utilities Department before September 10 of the current year, may be considered in accordance with the established procedure in the presence of vacant places in the dormitory after the completion of settlement on a competitive basis.
Dormitory is provided to those who live (registered) more than 60 km from the Moscow Ring Road.
Applicants who have been granted a place in the dormitory should apply to the Housing and Residence Life Department of MTUCI (8A Aviamotornaya St., room A-101, tel. (495) 957-77-29, e-mail: t.a.novikova@mtuci.ru).
The following documents are required for check-in:
Check-in takes place after the conclusion of the contract. A student who fails to sign a contract for an unjustified reason by September 10 of the current year is recognized as not in need of a dormitory and loses the right to live in the dormitory. A student who has signed a contract for living in the dormitory and received a warrant for occupancy, who has not checked in within 5 days after receiving the warrant, is recognized as not in need of a dormitory and loses the right to live in the dormitory.
A separate channel in Telegram has been created for prompt interaction between students and the administration of the dormitories. Subscribe, choose a unit and leave your questions, comments, wishes.
