International scientific and educational programs and grants

Programs that provide grants for collaborative research:

• involvement of leading Russian universities in the global sphere of modern scientific research and higher education,
• development of the international network of academic mobility between partners and the involvement of other organizations,
• development of bachelor's, master's and postgraduate (doctoral) programs at Russian universities, including the accordance with the of the Bologna Agreement requirements,
• the application of a common system of recognition of higher education programs in accordance with the European System of Conversion and Accumulation of Credit Points (ECTS) and the encouragement of the joint study programs development between the EU and individual countries on the one hand and Russian universities on the other, as well as double degree programs,
• professional development of teachers and young scientists and assistance in the knowledge and new research methods, exchange,
• further development and implementation of a quality control system in Russian universities assistance in accordance with international standards,
• increase of the number of courses taught in a foreign language at Russian universities stimulating,
• creation of a network of cooperation between project alumni for the joint implementation of potential projects,
• development of higher educational institutions located in remote regions and their integration into the international scientific community.

Scholarship programs and grants provide an opportunity to join a different culture, study at a foreign university, get additional advantages in the labor market thanks to European educational and professional experience, find new friends, and learn a foreign language.
