Webometrics Ranking of World Universities (Ranking Web of Universities)
Ranking system for world universities based on a combined indicator that takes into account the volume of web content and the impact of publications by number of external citations. The ranking is published by Cybermetrics Lab, a research group of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), based in Madrid. The aim of the ranking is to increase the web presence of academies and research institutes and to promote the open publication of scientific results. The ranking provides web indicators for more than 12,000 universities worldwide.
