In 2003, she successfully defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Sciences. In 2007, by the decision of the Federal Service for Supervision of Education and Science, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor.
From 2000 to 2016, she worked at the North Caucasus State Academy of Humanities and Technology in Cherkessk in various positions from assistant to head of the Master's degree program.
From 2016 to 2022, she was Deputy Director of the North Caucasus Institute, a branch of the RANHiGS, and Head of the Department of Economics and Antimonopoly Regulation.
From 2020 to 2022, she held the position of Director of the Center for Inclusive Education of the RANHiGS.
She was appointed Deputy Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of MTUCI in January 2022.
